The weather in Mauritius is subtropical. There are two seasons : Summer from November to April, and winter from May to October. In summer: the average temperature is 30°c, sunset is at 7.00 pm, the weather is hot and wet and the hottest month is February. Recommended period for diving and deep-sea fishing. In Winter : temperature from 25°c, sunset around 5.45 pm and the climate is cooled by tropical winds. Recommended period for surfing.
