MAKING A CLAIM & ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If, for any reasons, you are unhappy with our response to a claim, you can refer to the Aviation ADR. They are there to provide an independent review of complaints and dispute resolution services: The Support Centre - By Consumer Dispute Resolution Ltd (cdrl.org.uk). You will need to refer your complaint to the Aviation ADR Scheme within 12 months of our final response.
The European Commission also provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). The platform can be found under http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
FOR LOST AND FOUND ITEMS/BAGGAGE ON BOARD
If your baggage is delayed or damaged, please ensure you report it immediately at your arrival with our baggage kiosk. A File Reference Number will be provided to you and we will keep you updated. You can also check the status of your claim through our baggage portal WorldTracerWeb Internet
Any lost items found on board one of our aircraft are handed to the lost property team at Heathrow airport. Please contact Cobalt baggage services 0208 750 9810 giving the following information:
- name
- date of travel
- flight number
- seat number (if applicable)
- item description
- contact telephone number
