The aircraft's roomy interiors and best in class cabin products add a new dimension to travelling with Air Mauritius. Passengers can expect full flat seats in business class, a roomier and more comfortable economy class cabin, state-of-the-art inflight entertainment system with a full HD screen and inflight connectivity in all classes.
More importantly, special features such as a quieter cabin, an array of mood lighting options and lower cabin altitude reduce jetlag, allowing passengers to travel in comfort and arrive relaxed and well-rested. And for the first time, full connectivity will be available for passengers through WiFi and IFE screens.
Uniquely spacious configuration
With a total of 273 seats, the new aircraft has 18 seats in business class in a 1-2-1 configuration, Stella Solstys III seats and a 44" pitch featuring a fully horizontal flat bed, 17" inflight entertainment screen and direct aisle access for all seats.
In economy, the 255 seats are in a 2-4-2 configuration and come fitted with Recaro CL3710 seats that offer a comfortable 31" and 33" pitch coupled with 11.6" in-flight entertainment screen.
The aircraft has the widest seats of any jetliner in its category, with a spacious 18" width between armrests. Passengers in window seats will always have a view through large panoramic windows while cabin walls are nearly vertical, providing passengers with a window seat more space at shoulder level.
Personal space, always a premium in airplanes, is increased by virtually invisible seat-connect boxes and cables that run under a completely flat floor.
Unrivalled comfort
The Airbus' well-designed air management systems help passengers enjoy a more relaxing flight with cabin air renewed every few minutes in a draft-free environment. And our lower cabin altitude helps to minimise the effects of jetlag, so passengers arrive fresh and ready to explore.
To further reduce the effects of jetlag, our interiors are equipped with a full LED ambient lighting that mimics natural sunrise and sunset.
The aircraft also offers the quietest twin-aisle cabin in the sky, with four times less noise in premium class.
