SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR INDIA

Any passenger arriving from international flights and connecting to a domestic flight in India must strictly comply with the following rules:
Baggage must be cleared through customs at the first port of entry in India. This is mandatory even if the baggage have been through-tagged to the final destination in India. Passengers who fail to observe this rule may discover upon arriving to their final destination that their baggage is missing.
Liquids, aerosols, and gels (LAGs) purchased at duty-free stores are not allowed in the cabin on domestic flights in India.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR AUSTRALIA/SOUTH AFRICA

Any passenger arriving from international flights and connecting to a domestic flight in Australia or in South Africa must strictly comply with the following rule: Baggage must be cleared through customs at the first port of entry in Australia or in South Africa. Baggage then needs to be registered at a check-in counter for the onward domestic point. This procedure would reduce the risk of having lost or missing baggage upon arrival at final destination.

PLEASE NOTE

For safety reasons, some airports, including the airport of Mauritius, limit the weight of each bag to 32 kg.
Although we take every precaution in handling your baggage, make sure your bags are sturdy and easily identifiable.
Remember to attach to the outside of each of your checked bags a tag clearly indicating your name, your permanent address, the address of your destination, and your phone number.
