Here’s how it works:

• Eligibility and Invitation: If your ticket qualifies for an upgrade, we will send you an email invitation 14 days before your flight. You can also initiate an offer right from the day after purchasing your ticket until 48 hours before your departure.

• Making an Offer: Decide what you are willing to pay for the upgrade on each segment of your journey, over and above your ticket cost. Enter this amount and submit it along with your debit or credit card details. Rest assured, we will only charge your card if your offer is successful.

• Confirmation: If we accept your offer, a confirmation email will be sent to you no later than 48 hours before your flight.
