MEET & ASSIST SERVICE
As from 01 February 2023, customers may opt for a Meet & Assist service at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, Paris in France.
This is a paid-for service wholly managed by Net Services, directly billed to and immediately payable by Customers to Net Services. customers must book directly with Net Services for the below services.

Minimum pre-request: by 13.00 before the service.
Net Services will confirm booking details by e-mail within 12 hrs of receipt of the request.
Cancellation of booking:
- Bookings canceled 03hrs pre-advise will be charged at full fare.
- No Show will be a Full Charge.
Meet & assist service details
Arrivals- Meet and Greet of the passengers upon their arrival in Charles De Gaulle Airport.
- Expedite passenger through immigration authorities on priority basis.
- Collection and transportation of the customers’ luggage through customs.
- Escort of the clients to their next arranged transportation mean.
- In the unfortunate event of lost luggage, assistance with the formalities and follow up until luggage is found and delivered to the customers.
Departures
- Pre-contact with the customer or his driver to confirm flights and other arrangements.
- Meeting of the car at the curb and collection of all luggage.
- Assistance with tax refund process.
- Transportation of luggage to the appropriate check-in counter.
- Assistance in clearing security checks and obtaining the necessary boarding passes.
- Priority passage through immigration and airport security.
- Escort to the airline VIP lounge or to the gate for pre-boarding.
Flight Connections
- Meeting of the passenger at the aircraft upon arrival at Charles De Gaulle airport and escort to the gate of the connecting flight.
- Priority passage and by-pass of waiting lines at immigration and airport security screenings.
In the event of an impossible connection due to unfortunate delays, assistance with new booking on the next available flight.
Special services
- Special assistance for senior citizens and children who are travelling alone or in groups.
- Service in following language : English, French, and Arabic
- Transfers in chauffeur driven cars at exit from the airport.
