Air Mauritius: An update on our 7 Step Plan
Over on the Africa Money website is a feature about the progress of the Air Mauritius '7 Step Plan'. We introduced this in 2012 to ensure a return to profitability which we achieved last quarter with profits of Rs 357 million, up 37.5% on the same period the previous year.
Improving service quality
One of the most fundamental 7 steps is to ensure we’re always improving service quality. As such we’re planning to introduce various upgrades such as new seat covers, more comfortable seat cushions, new blankets, pillows, toiletries and a wider range of magazines.
