Air Mauritius supporting the arts
We’re proud to be sponsoring a local theatre production, which is off to Paris in April.
The burning desire to serve is a political satire written by Jean Lindsay Dhookit, who won the Jean Fanchette Prize in 2015, under the chair of Nobel Prize winner JMG Leclézio. Of relevance here, the play is produced by IMMEDIA, and directed by Gaston Valayden. It stars Robert Furlong, Jean Claude Catheya, Geraldine Boulle and Darma Mootien. The whole team – including the author, the producer Rama Poonoosamy, the comedians, and the technicians – will be in Paris on 26 April 2018.
The Gala Evening performance will be on Sunday 29 April at 6:30 pm at the Théâtre des Mathurins, Paris 8th. It’ll also be performed the following night at 8:30pm. Visit the theatre website, or Otayo, for tickets.
