Mandarin Surprise and Christmas Trio
LUX* Resorts & Hotels’ Head Pastry Chef Pascal Galette has created two delicious festive dessert in the form of a Christmas trio and a Mandarin Surprise – a tasty blend of mandarin jelly, chocolate mousse, a kalamansi couli, coffee crumbe and red berry compote.
Heritage Le Telfair have whipped up some exquisite Christmas delicacies including the Calisson D'Heritage Resorts and a Special Christmas Log, comprised of coconut dacquoise (cake), coconut mousse, mango carpaccio, creamy chocolate and exotic caramel jelly.
