Mauritian Selina Periampillai cooks up a storm
One of our favourite Mauritian chefs, Selina Periampillai, has been cooking up a storm again in London as she brings traditional and innovative island cuisine to the capital.
Selina was recently chosen to take part in a Quorn campaign, where she had to design a three-course meal for 25 unsuspecting guests who weren’t told what dishes and ingredients they would be eating – the Quorn was the surprise in every dish. See the video here.
As usual, Selina wowed the diners with a spectacular feast consisting of Spicy Laab salad, followed by Mauritian style Quorn mince kotfas and Coconut Curry. You can check out her recipes here and here. Enjoy!
