San Diego-based travel blogging couple Christy Woodrow and Scott Calafiore run the popular website Ordinary Traveler, and their travels recently took them all the way from the USA to Mauritius.

Packed with some excellent practical tips for the long journey from North America to the Indian Ocean, their latest post focuses on a shared love of the ocean, from first-time waterskiing and sailing to stand-up paddleboarding and snorkelling.
