MAKING A CLAIM & ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Rest assured we are here to help you, Air Mauritius customer complaints are handled by our Customer Relations team. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our response to your complaint, you can refer your complaint to AviationADR who is approved by
the Civil Aviation Authority to provide an independent review of complaints and dispute resolution services. You will need to refer your complaint to the Aviation ADR Scheme within 12 months of our final response, their contact details are as follows:

FOR LOST AND FOUND ITEMS/BAGGAGE ON BOARD
Any lost items that are found on board an aircraft are handed to the lost property team at the arrival airport. Please contact our airport team giving the following information:
- date of travel
- flight number
- seat number (if applicable)
- item description
- contact telephone number
