Czech photographer and blogger Dara Rakovcik recently chose Mauritius as the destination for both her wedding and honeymoon, and documented her experience of the island in a fabulous set of photos on her blog.

Not your average honeymoon snaps, the images are far less about Dara and her now-husband than they are about Mauritius itself, with street scenes, images of people at work, marine life and botanical close-ups taking their place among the stunning but more typical shots of beaches and blue skies.
