As national carrier, we have been engaged in the provision of cargo /ramp and passenger handling for more that 40 years. We handle more than 2 million arriving and departing passengers annually. Our portfolio of loyal customers include prestigious world known airlines like Air France, Emirates, South African Airways, Air Madagascar, and Air Seychelles.
We offer full fledged services as per IATA’s standard Ground Handling Agreement, including Passenger Handling, Premium Lounge facilities, Ramp Handling, Cargo Handling import and export with a 5000 m2 warehouse facility. We have extended our passenger check-in facilities at selected hotels around the island.
Lounge Services
Our state-of-the-art equipment fully maintained to meet your enhanced requirements, include Tractors, High loaders, Conveyor belts, Pallet/container dollies, Ground power unit, Aircraft Tug, Potable water truck, Toilet servicing truck, Passenger steps, Passenger bus, Medilift.
To support the passenger service of our customer airlines, we also offer a ticketing counter at the departure hall and a baggage services recovery section at the arrival hall.

We operate on a 24-hour basis/7 days with a qualified and experienced personnel of around 600 who are committed to deliver world class services. Furthermore you can trust our well trained staff who are consistently updated on DGR/Ramp safety and AVSEC.
Our company has a high record of on-time departures of over 96% for our customer airlines attributable to ground handling.
