To ensure that your miles for each trip are credited to your account, your Kestrelflyer number must be inserted in in your booking reference.
Miles accumulated are valid for 3 years and expire on a monthly rolling basis.
If you are short of miles for an award ticket or an upgrade, you have the possibility to purchase the remaining balance with the Cash & Miles feature.
On purchase of a Business Class ticket, only 75% of miles will be required to upgrade one accompanying nominee or beneficiary.
