Items that are too delicate for the cargo hold, like musical instruments that do not meet our standard cargo requirements may be allowed in the cabin only if you notify us in advance and permission is granted. Please be aware that there may be an additional fee for Special Baggage. 

Enhance your travel experience by securing excess baggage ahead of time. Conveniently pre-purchase additional luggage online when booking your flight, or simply add it later via Manage Booking. If you prefer, you can also settle any excess baggage fees at one of our ticket offices, or by reaching out to our Contact Centre at (+230 207 7575).

In your hand luggage, you are permitted to carry Liquids, Aerosols, and Gels (LAGs), but please ensure that each container has a maximum capacity of no more than 100 millilitres.
