Following meteorological forecasts with regard to an approaching tropical depression, a possible deterioration in the weather could affect Air Mauritius operations in the coming days in particular on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 February 2024
Consequently, if you wish to change your travel dates as of today, Air Mauritius is offering you a free-of-charge change for travel until 31 March 2024.
Active communication with passengers
In order to ensure regular and efficient communication, we make an urgent appeal to our passengers to ensure that their cell phone numbers are provided in the bookings through our travel agencies partners.
In the event of delays, rescheduling and cancellations of flights
A dedicated page on our website airmauritius.com gives access to updated information about the flights affected by the adverse weather. This page allows passengers to remotely manage their bookings so as avoid congestion at our Call Centre.
Passengers are kindly requested not to proceed to the airport if they have not been informed in advance of the status of their bookings so as not to hinder operations.
In any case, it is advisable to check the following points before reporting at the airport:
