Demise of an infant passenger in-flight

Air Mauritius regrets to announce the passing of an infant passenger today on board its flight MK747, operating from Chennai to Mauritius.

Despite assistance extended by two medical practitioners on board, sadly the infant passed away.

Air Mauritius extends its deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased during this difficult time.

Air Mauritius is providing all necessary assistance to the family and is fully cooperating with the relevant authorities in accordance with established procedures.
