Air Mauritius opens its new Ticketing Office in Ebene

Air Mauritius today opened its new Ticketing Office at the Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Tower in Ebene Cybercity, bringing the national airline’s services closer to guests in one of the country’s key business hubs.

The new outlet offers a convenient location with free parking facilities and operates seven days a week, including public holidays. It is open from 08h30 to 20h00, Monday to Friday, and from 08h30 to 16h30 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The office has eight dedicated service counters, staffed by a team of professionals providing assistance with guests’ travel requirements.

Air Mauritius’ CEO Andre Viljoen said the new outlet was part of the airline’s continued efforts to make its services more accessible.

“The opening of our new Ticketing Office in Ebene is another step towards bringing Air Mauritius closer to our guests. Its convenient location, free parking facilities and extended opening hours make our services more accessible, while the new facility reflects our commitment to delivering a more guest-focused experience. It is also aligned with our ‘We Are Mauritius’ vision, being closer to the people we serve.”

With the opening of the Ebene outlet, Air Mauritius now has three ticketing offices in Mauritius at Ebene, at the departure terminal of Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, and at the Head Office in Port Louis.

The new outlet forms part of Air Mauritius’ ongoing efforts to enhance customer accessibility and convenience.
